Malali Masjid dispute: Court reserved order on 9
Mangalore's Third Additional Civil Court has reserved its verdict on the Malali Masjid dispute for November 9.
The 3rd Additional Civil Court of Mangalore, which heard the Malali Masjid dispute, has already heard the arguments and reserved the order for November 9.
The Vishwa Hindu Parishad had submitted a request to order a court commissioner to conduct a survey in the Malali Masjid area. The mosque board, which objected to this plea, said the trial court had no authority to make such an order. The petition filed by Vishwa Hindu Parishad was sought to be dismissed. The court, which heard the arguments, was supposed to give a verdict on Monday, but reserved the verdict and postponed it to November 9.
It is said that during the renovation work of Malali Masjid, a model structure of a temple was discovered and a Hindu style wood carving was discovered. Photos of the Hindu-style wooden carved mosque went viral on social media
